    Land Use Planning & Management

Land use planning and management in the Frontenacs involves responsible and proactive decision-making.

This approach ensures a clean and healthy environment, a strong economy, and long-term prosperity and social well-being for communities and residents now, and for future generations.

    Vision Statement

Through regular consultations with stakeholders and agencies, the County of Frontenac has developed a community sustainability plan that emphasizes coordinated land use planning among the County and the Townships.

Land use planning throughout the Frontenacs proactively realizes continuous community improvement and stewardship of the natural environment. Responsible planning facilitates linkages between users and services while integrating social connections, cultural experiences, economic development and ecological integrity
