    Kilometres of bicycle lanes established

    What we collect

This indicator tracks the amount of established bicycle lanes in terms of kilometres covered.

    Why we collect it

Automobiles deteriorate roads and produce harmful emissions that affect the quality of our air. In order to diminish road repair costs and reduce emissions, the County of Frontenac aims to be an enthusiastic promoter of commuter bike lanes. Monitoring this indicator will allow us to measure our success in creating a safe, effective, and dedicated road network that will encourage cycling as an alternate mode of transportation.

We are currently unaware of any bicycle lanes in the County.
