Waiting time for long-term care beds

    What we collect

This indicator tracks the average wait time in weeks for long-term care beds at Fairmount Home.

    Why we collect it

Sustainable communities offer housing solutions for all residents, regardless of age. Long-term care facilities are best-equipped to meet the housing needs of certain ageing individuals, and with Fairmount Home, the County boasts one of the premiere facilities in the province. By monitoring this indicator we can ensure enough long-term care beds to meet the needs of our community.

Unfortunately we have not yet been able to find data for this indicator. The ICSP is a living document that relies on input from the community to continue to grow. We welcome any suggestions on data sources for this indicator, new ways to define the indicator that would be more measurable, or suggestions for alternative indicators for this focus area.
