This indicator tracks the ratio of residents to family physicians in the County of Frontenac.
Why we collect it
Sustainable communities cannot exist in the absence of a healthy population, and healthcare access is a key driver of public health. By monitoring this indicator we can gauge our success in ensuring adequate family physician coverage to meet the healthcare needs of all County residents.
Unfortunately we have not yet been able to find data for this indicator. The ICSP is a living document that relies on input from the community to continue to grow. We welcome any suggestions on data sources for this indicator, new ways to define the indicator that would be more measurable, or suggestions for alternative indicators for this focus area.
