    Reduced energy consumption (residential)

    What we collect

This indicator tracks annual residential energy consumption in terms of average kilowatt hours consumed per customer/household.

    Why we collect it

Energy consumption helps create emissions and waste that accumulate in those communities that power our energy grid. As such, the County of Frontenac believes reduced energy consumption is a shared responsibility for all Canadians. By monitoring this indicator we can track our success in encouraging reduced energy consumption as we lower emissions and waste in our own community and beyond.
