Spending on cultural activities per capita

    What we collect

This indicator tracks total annual spending on cultural activities per capita.

    Why we collect it

Sustainable communities boast numerous opportunities to promote local culture. Naturally, greater cultural spending leads to events of improved quality and quantity. Monitoring this indicator will allow us to measure the region's success at financially supporting its local culture.

Unfortunately we have not yet been able to find data for this indicator. The ICSP is a living document that relies on input from the community to continue to grow. We welcome any suggestions on data sources for this indicator, new ways to define the indicator that would be more measurable, or suggestions for alternative indicators for this focus area.
